Pascal Bouillon
Chief Executive Officer
Pascal Bouillon, who has been with Société Générale for 20 years, serves as CEO of the business. In his previous role, he was Deputy Head of Societe Generale Equipment Finance Group under Jean-Marc Mignerey, based in Paris. Prior to that, he spent eight years in the U.S. as a member of the M&A group in New York and then launched a Corporate Venture activity in San Francisco. In addition, Pascal held leadership positions in various assignments in the Retail Banking network in France and the Corporate and Investment Banking division.

Larry Scherzer
Chief Sales Officer
Larry Scherzer joined Societe Generale Equipment Finance from CIT where, in his most recent position as Senior Vice President was responsible for the Dell Financial Services global relationship. Previously, Larry Scherzer held senior positions in Sales and Corporate Business Development with the Newcourt Credit Group and AT&T Capital Corporation.

Danny Lam
Chief Operating Officer
Danny Lam joined Societe Generale Equipment Finance with over twenty five years experience in the equipment finance and commercial lending business. He has held a variety of leadership positions including President and CEO of Bell Atlantic Capital Corp. and President and General Manager of American Express Business Finance Corp. In addition to Chief Operating Officer, Danny Lam also serves as the company's Chief Financial officer.

Nathalie Fradin-Depauw
Chief Risk Officer
Nathalie Fradin-Depauw joined Société Générale in the internal audit department. During the next ten years, she was responsible for various audit and consulting assignments on all businesses of SG Group worldwide. Nathalie reported directly to the general management of Société Générale. In 2008, she moved to the US as the Specialized Financial Services supervisor for all North America entities, based in the premises of SGEF U.S.A. Reporting to the Head of Specialized Financial Services, Nathalie was a member of the board of all Northern America subsidiaries, assisting them in their development and projects.

Henry Duncan
Deputy Chief Risk Officer
Henry Duncan joined Societe Generale Equipment Finance from the credit organization of CIT. For the last ten years his role focused on supporting CIT's Global Major Relationships, which included premier vendor relationships in the IT, software, storage, printing, and telecommunications areas. In addition, he oversaw the development of new vendor programs and relationships from a credit perspective. Prior to his most recent role, Henry led a Credit and Operations group for the Avaya business at Newcourt and AT&T Capital.
