The Management Team

Pascal Bouillon, who has been with Société Générale for 18 years, serves as CEO of the business. In his previous role, he was Deputy Head of SG Equipment Finance Group under Jean-Marc Mignerey, based in Paris. Prior to that, he spent eight years in the U.S. as a member of the M&A group in New York and then launched a Corporate Venture activity in San Francisco. In addition, Pascal held leadership positions in various assignments in the Retail Banking network in France and the Corporate and Investment Banking division.

Nathalie Fradin-Depauw joined Société Générale in the internal audit department. During the next ten years, she was responsible for various audit and consulting assignments on all businesses of SG Group worldwide. Nathalie reported directly to the general management of Société Générale. In 2008, she moved to the US as the Specialized Financial Services supervisor for all North America entities, based in the premises of SGEF U.S.A. Reporting to the Head of Specialized Financial Services, Nathalie was a member of the board of all Northern America subsidiaries, assisting them in their development and projects.

Prior to joining SG Equipment Finance Rob Hill was at CIT where he served as Corporate Controller of its Dell Financial Services joint venture and was previously Vice President of Finance for Avaya Financial Services at CIT. Rob previously held management positions in finance and accounting while at Newcourt Credit Group and AT&T Capital Corp.

Donna Politowicz came to SG Equipment Finance from CIT with eight years of service as Vice President, Technology Solutions of Consumer Financial Services and Avaya Financial Services. Previously, she held various operations and project management positions at Newcourt Credit Group.

Larry Scherzer joined SG Equipment Finance from CIT where, in his most recent position as Senior Vice President was responsible for the Dell Financial Services global relationship. Previously, Larry Scherzer held senior positions in Sales and Corporate Business Development with the Newcourt Credit Group and AT&T Capital Corporation.
